Machine characteristics:

2. Adopting Taiwan imported ball screw to ensure accurate machine operation, the main servo has overload protection device, and the synchronous with fracture protection device will automatically stop when subjected to external impact, reducing damage to the body and suction and discharge accuracy, and avoiding the occurrence of faults.
3. The host uses imported original bearings.

5. The precision of hot stamping is ± 0.1mm, and the maximum speed of the machine is 1500 sheets per hour.

Paper Delivery Department:

Hot stamping department:

2. The hot stamping is made of 7075 high-grade aviation aluminum, which has undergone hard oxidation treatment on the surface, ensuring easy operation, surface hardness, and resistance to deformation;
3. Vertical foil feeding system, reducing foil usage and saving foil replacement time;
4. The two vertical foil feeding mechanisms are all equipped with China Zhishan servo motors and Xinjie Electric PLC control systems. Convenient for users to operate. The institutional design is located behind the vertical foil feeding, ensuring smooth collection of hot stamping and foil collection;
5. The host can be manually controlled separately;
6. Flattening type upper platform pressure regulating device;
7. Screw driven top rod device, which can achieve maximum and strongest pressure;
