04. Feature Highlights 

(1)The entire machine is made of Q235 carbon steel, and the body wall panels are treated with special processes to ensure high strength and never deform, ensuring the safety of the body wall panels. 

 (2)The ball screw imported from Taiwan is used to ensure accurate machine movement. The host servo has an overload protection device, and the synchronous belt fracture protection device will automatically stop when it is impacted by external forces, reducing damage to the fuselage and suction and discharge accuracy, and avoiding the occurrence of malfunctions. 

(3)The host uses imported original bearings. 

 (4)The entire machine uses imported electrical originals such as Omron from Japan and Schneider from France.

 (5)The hot stamping accuracy reaches ±0.1mm, and the machine's maximum speed reaches 1600 sheets/hour.

 FEEDING UNIT 

1. Adopt advanced control system to control paper feeding speed device to ensure smooth paper transportation.

 2. The suction paper separation part is made of special aluminum alloy to make paper feeding smoother. 

3.Single-sheet paper feeding, smooth and accurate; 

4. Suction paper discharge servo fine-tuning technology, adjustment without stopping the machine. 

HOT STAMPING DEPARTMENT 

1. Advanced fast pull-out plate changing device,making plate changing more convenient and fast. 

2. The hot stamping is made of 7075 high-grade aviation aluminum, and the surface has undergone hard oxidation treatment, which not only ensures easy operation, but also ensures surface hardness and is not easy to deform. 

3. Longitudinal foil feeding system reduces the amount of foil used and saves time on foil replacement. 

4. The two longitudinal foil feeding mechanisms all use China Mountain servo motors and Xinjie Electric PLC control systems. Convenient for users to operate. The mechanism is designed behind the vertical foil feeding, ensuring that the hot stamping foil is collected evenly. 

5. The host can be controlled manually individually. 

6. Flat pressure regulating device for upper platfor.  Variable speed screw drive top rod device,which can achieve maximum and strongest pressure.

 8. Vacuum negative pressure detection ensures no paper shutdown.

 9. Adopt L-shaped right-angle push gauge to meet different printing registration requirements.
