(1)The entire machine is made of Q235 carbon steel, and the body wall panels are treated with special processes to ensure high strength and never deform, ensuring the safety of the body wall panels. 整机全部采用 Q235 碳素钢，机身墙板经特殊工艺处理，强度高、永不变形，保证机身墙板安全。

 (2)The ball screw imported from Taiwan is used to ensure accurate machine movement. The host servo has an overload protection device, and the synchronous belt fracture protection device will automatically stop when it is impacted by external forces, reducing damage to the fuselage and suction and discharge accuracy, and avoiding the occurrence of malfunctions. 采用台湾进口滚珠丝杆，保证机器动作准确，主机伺服有过载保护装置，同步带有断裂保护装置受到外力冲击时 会自动停机，减少对机身和吸排精度的损坏，避免故障的发生。

1. 送纸台采用不锈钢材质，硬度好，不生锈 The paper feeding table is made of stainless steel material, with good hardness and no rust.

HOT STAMPING DEPARTMENT 烫金部 

1. 纵向送箔系统，采用同步带驱动，精准无误差 Longitudinal foil feeding system, driven by synchronous belt, precision very high, no error. 

2. 机构设计在纵向送箔后方，保证了烫金收箔平整收集。 The institutional design is located behind the vertical foil feeding, ensuring smooth collection of foil .

 3. 摇动手轮加热板左右可以移动，以便更快速的找准需要烫金的位置 Shake the handwheel can move the heating plate left and right,can quickly position of hot stamping place . 

4. 采用 L 型直角推规方式，使纸张定位更加准确，满足不同印刷套准要求 Adopting an L-shaped right angle push gauge to make paper positioning more accurate and meet different printing register requirements.

 5. 主轴采用 1.5KW 的伺服电机驱动，四立柱的结构设计使烫金更加稳定，不易倾斜，主轴轴芯高频淬火深度达 0.5 毫米，表面镀硬铬，经久耐磨 The spindle is driven by a 1.5KW servo motor, and the four column structural design makes the hot stamping more stable and less prone to tilting. The high-frequency quenching depth of the spindle core reaches 0.5 millimeters, and the surface is plated with hard chromium, which is durable and wear-resistant.

 6. 本机配备了安全保护光栅，在机器运行过程中一旦检测到物体靠近，机器就会报警并且停机，以此保护操作人员 的安全 This machine is equipped with a safety protection grating. Once an object is detected approaching during machine operation, the machine will sound an alarm and shut down to protect the safety of the operator 

DELIVERY DEPARTMENT 收纸部

1.人机互动触摸功能可设置不同的长拉与短拉； Human-computer interactive touch function can set different long and short pulls. 

2.如金箔长度短于 10cm 将触发警报； If the length of the gold foil is shorter than 10cm, an alarm will be triggered.

 3.计算机处理金箔监控系统显示剩余及已用金箔长度； Computerized gold foil monitoring system displays remaining and used gold foil lengths
